Running & strength training are key. It doesn’t matter how slow you go, you’re still lapping everyone on the couch.   Eating right is also important! Cooking in your luxury kitchen not only saves you money, but also calories! Grab your roommates and go in on a yummy meal together and have fun will doing it! With all the amenities we have at your apartment complex, you have all the tools you need to get in shape for the Spring/Summer of 2012.
